We're on the lookout for a proactive and outcome-oriented individual to join our Operations team. This role is responsible to lead and oversee all aspects of vendor relationships, particularly focusing on contract labor. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage overall ground operations for cash BU.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Accountability for ground operations for the assigned region.
• Leading roll out of SOPs and conduct regular audits to ensure 100% compliance at the ground level.
• Keeping close watch on process adherence & conducting surprise auditsEffectively strategizing & handling Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization
• Identifying & managing risk factors during operations – Analyzing operations carried out with proper infrastructure, like manpower, vehicles, trunks, locks etc
• Lead process related improvements
• Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
