Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for managing the smooth flow of cash across specific branches of banks, ensuring no discrepancies or issues arise in the process.

Main Duties:

• Verify relevant documents before initiating route operations as per MHA guidelines and company SOPs.
• Obtain HCIN slip, RCM seal, and day zero customer-wise bank deposit slip counter file from the Branch Manager.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of the trip sheet and complete RCM mobile reporting entries at customer premises after cash pick-up.
• Deposit customer cash at the bank during banking transaction hours.
• Participate in CFP, operational, and soft skills training periodically.
• Maintain vigilance on security aspects during cash operations.
• Uphold basic discipline during route operations and ensure timely reporting to banks and customers.

Working Relationships and Contacts:

The job holder will work closely with Operations Supervisors and Branch Managers to facilitate effective cash management services.

Key Dimensions:

Responsible for the collection of cash from one branch and safely depositing it at another branch, ensuring seamless cash flow across the network.

Essential Criteria:

• Knowledge and Technical/Work-based Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills; ability to multitask.
• General Skills/Attributes: Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, and flexibility.
• Experience: Open to freshers.
• Qualifications: Minimum of 12th grade passed.

Desirable Criteria:

• Same as essential criteria, with emphasis on demonstrated capability in previous similar roles or internships, although freshers are encouraged to apply.
