Responsibilities

What are we looking for:

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and participating in the interview process.
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations issues.
• Utilize HR analytics to support decision-making.

What is expected of you:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HRIS and other HR-related software.

Qualifications

• PG / MBA in HR
