Purpose of the Job: To ensure the timely collection and deposition of cash from customers as per defined timelines and SOPs, enhancing the rapidity, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of operations.

Main Duties:

• Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payments.
• Handle daily field cash collections and deposits.
• Conduct multiple home visits if contact is not made on the first attempt.
• Use the mobile application to update, process, and log information about business point transactions.
• Follow up on customer queries and ensure compliance with SOPs and security norms.

Working Relationships and Contacts: The job holder will work closely with the Movement Coordinator, Supervisor, Branch Reporting Staff, and Hub In-Charge to ensure efficient operations.

Key Dimensions:

• Lead on-field operations of assets and implement business services into scalable operation needs.
• Understand process linkages across different processes and their implications on customer service with available assets.

Person Specification:

Essential Criteria:

• Knowledge and Technical/Work-based Skills: Good communication skills, proactive, ability to multitask.
• General Skills/Attributes: Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, people management.
• Experience: 1-2 years preferred, open to freshers as well.
• Qualifications: Minimum of 12th grade passed, 10th grade acceptable.
