Job Title: Executive - EXIM
Location: Bangalore

Role Purpose:

• To support efficient export operations through accurate documentation, coordination, SAP updates, and compliance, ensuring timely shipments and realization of export proceeds.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Entry.

• Support timely execution of export shipments and import clearances through coordination with CHAs, freight forwarders, and internal teams

• Verify export and import documentation as per defined checklists to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist in follow-up for export proceeds realization, including BRC/e-BRC issuance and submission of documents to banks.

• Manage and track export incentives such as RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, etc.

• Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs authorities, and internal teams (Sales, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.

• Update and maintain HSN codes, Bill of Lading (BL), Shipping Bill (SB), and incentive details in SAP.

Education, Qualifications and Experience**:**

• Any bachelor's degree/ postgraduate.

• 3-4 years of experience in EXIM.

• Basic knowledge of export/import documentation and processes.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP systems.

• Accurate documentation and data handling.

Desirable**:**

• Experience in handling export incentives (RoDTEP, Duty Drawback).
• Exposure to ICEGATE, DGFT portal.
• Knowledge of SAP data entry for HSN, Shipping Bill, and BL details.
