HR Manager

We're looking for passionate technologists who want to lead client engagements and take responsibility for delivering complex technical projects.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Recruitment and Selection process

Should be an expert in general HR Admin activities.

Should implement and monitor Employee Relations processes.

Should have strong experience in designing, planning, and execution of all aspects of training programs, delivery, and evaluation of feedback and effectiveness of training.

Manage end-to-end (induction to exit) HR responsibilities for the respective business units and promote a healthy relationship between HR and the business.

Interact with Business heads and senior PMs to periodically capture People Function requirements for the business.
