Job Summary

As a Product Consultant (T) you will leverage your expertise in Facets LLMs - Open Sources PyTorch TensorFlow and Python to drive innovation in claims and billing domains. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and deliver impactful solutions that align with company goals and societal benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced solutions using Facets ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Oversee the utilization of LLMs
• Open Sources to enhance product capabilities and improve data processing efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance in PyTorch and TensorFlow to optimize machine learning models for better performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements in the claims and billing domains.
• Analyze complex data sets using Python to derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and product features.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product-related activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with necessary technical skills.
• Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions to address any issues promptly.
• Engage with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development cycles.
• Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Facets demonstrating the ability to integrate and optimize system functionalities.
• Have extensive experience with LLMs
• Open Sources showcasing proficiency in leveraging open-source tools for product innovation.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in PyTorch and TensorFlow capable of developing robust machine learning models.
• Exhibit proficiency in Python with a proven track record of analyzing data and generating insights.
• Hold domain knowledge in claims and billing understanding the intricacies and requirements of these areas.
• Show adaptability to hybrid work environments maintaining productivity across remote and onsite settings.
• Display excellent communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Hands on in Python programming ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch) generative AI (LLMs SLMs VLMs) agentic workflow frameworks (LangChain LangGraph) Good to have : Healthcare Testing Facets
