Qualification:

Any Graduate exclusion BE/BTech/MCA any Bachelors degree or equivalent experience should have completed at least 1 years experience in Technical Voice - Process

• 1)Answering calls for North American region

  2)Trouble shooting internet issues, performance issues, application support and all end user related queries

  3)Create tickets and assign tickets to support teams for out-of-scope issues.

  4)Excellent written skills and communication is must.

  Additional Skills

• Excellent Speaking English

• Location - Chennai/Hyderabad (WFO)

• 5 days working US night shift
