Description
● Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. ● Analyze competitors and stay updated on industry trends. ● Identify and qualify new leads through channels like LinkedIn, website, and events. ● Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system. ● Prepare and deliver sales pitches and product demonstrations. ● Support the sales team with daily tasks. ● Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. ● Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly. ● Track and analyze sales performance metrics. ● Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes for management. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies. ● Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Eligibility Criteria
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Good research and analytical skills ● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite ● Curious and quick learner ● Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. ● Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus. ● Good to have any previous agriculture experience ● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
