Description
● Conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, helping to shape marketing strategies.
● Assisting with business development initiatives, including outreach to potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
● Supporting fundraising activities by preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and relevant documents.
● Contributing to recruitment efforts by assisting with job descriptions, candidate outreach, and coordination during hiring processes.
● Preparing visually compelling presentations and marketing materials that effectively communicate Neoperk's vision and value propositions.
● Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, collaboration, and timely execution of projects.
● Managing documentation and ensuring that all records are accurately maintained, organized, and easily accessible.
● Building and enhancing Neoperk's brand identity through consistent messaging, digital presence, and strategic content creation across various channels.
● Participating in strategic decision-making processes by shadowing the founder and learning from day-to-day startup operations.
Eligibility Criteria
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting market research and identifying business opportunities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
● Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and an eye for visual aesthetics for creating compelling presentations and marketing materials.
● Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team, especially in cross-functional projects like business development and recruitment.
● Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive approach to contributing to strategic initiatives.
● Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools for documentation, data management, and pitching ideas.
● Knowledge of the agriculture industry and sustainability practices is a plus, aiding in aligning Neoperk's solutions with market needs.
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business Management, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field, with a strong interest in the startup ecosystem.
