Description
● Assist in creating wire-frames, mock-ups, and prototypes for new features and designs. ● Collaborate with the product and UX team to ensure a consistent and user-friendly design across platforms. ● Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to understand user behavior and needs. ● Help develop user personas, journey maps, and other tools for effective design solutions. ● Work on improving the overall user experience by refining UI elements and design consistency. ● Assist in gathering and organizing design feedback from internal teams and users. ● Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
● Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles, wire-framing, and prototyping. ● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva and other similar tools. ● Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and share design ideas. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to create polished, user-centered designs that also meet business requirements. ● A portfolio or personal projects demonstrating your design skills ● Basic understanding of branding and how to maintain consistent visual identity across platforms. ● Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centered design solutions.
