Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Graduates / Postgraduates to join our Implementation Services Team. This role is perfect for individuals with education background inMechanical / Industrial / Computer Science Engineering or Pharmacy. Candidates will be trained to play a key role in implementing our Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) / Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) products, ensuring successful deployment and adoption by our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in quality management systems and software implementation.

 

Key Future Responsibilities (Post Training)

  1. Implementation Support

·       Work closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements and tailor the system to meet their needs.

·       Assist in the deployment and configuration of the EQMS product for clients.

  1. Client Engagement

·       Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide system demonstrations.

·       Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the EQMS product.

·       Address client queries and issues promptly and escalate complex problems to senior team members.

 

  1. Project Coordination:

·       Support project planning and execution under the guidance of project managers.

·       Document project progress, document milestones, and assist in preparing project reports.

·       Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

 

  1. Technical Assistance:

·       Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.

·       Assist in testing new features and functionalities of the EQMS / EHS / PLM product.

·       Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.

 

  1. Documentation:

·       Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementation processes, client requirements, and training materials.

·       Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to team members and clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor / Master in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, M Pharma, MBA, or a related field

 

  1. Skills:
  • Basic understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Able to interact effectively via IM, JIRA, and email with overseas customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Team player, work with an experienced team which includes Developers, Project Managers, Customer etc.
  • Ability to self-learn and present new ideas
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing

 

  1. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS) departments or familiarity with QMS software.
  • Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
  • Certification in quality management or related areas is a plus.
  • Certification in Business Analysis
