What you can do for us:
o Accurate Patient demographic detail Charges Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the customers revenue cycle software
o 1-4 years of experience in Patient Demographics Entry, Payment posting or Charge Entry.
o Strive to achieve the productivity standards
o Adhere to the customer provided turn around time requirements
o Actively participate in all training activities from Induction training, Client specific training, and refresher training on billing and compliance
o Possess strong ability to understand the impact of the process on customer KPIs
o Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts
o Good communication and analytical skills
o Must be flexible to work in shifts
o Adhere to the company s information security guidelines
o Demonstrate ethical behavior at all times.
Your Qualifications:
o Graduation is Mandatory
o Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
o Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words /min.
