Evaluates for performance standards (SLAs) required under contract. Compares various sampling techniques and identifies correct samples for auditing. Evaluates workflow tools to run reports. Coaches Level 1 auditors on sampling techniques and business process knowledge. Reconciles transaction processing for data accuracy. Interacts with external auditors to include (SOC 1) Service and Organizational Control Report. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
