Architect / Associate Counsellor / Counsellor - Green Buildings

Facilitation of certification of green building projects, execution of national & international projects, design & development of rating systems, conducting training programmes, etc. Candidate should be willing to travel extensively & work at different work environment.

0-12 years of work experience in construction industry / green building consultancy / facilitation

Requirements

• M.Arch ,  M.Tech in (Civil, Mechanical), preferred. – Minimum 65% throughout required

• Understand and apply basic engineering principles for construction applications

• Ability to analyze & identify improvement opportunities

• Capability to work on national projects on green building related activities

• Excellent written and oral communication skills required

• Good Presentation skills

• Writing Technical Proposals

• Willingness to travel & work in different work environments

• Able to work in teams

• Self-driven, have missionary zeal and aptitude for learning

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

• Interest to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
