The Gist of What You'll Do:

● Influencer Campaign Management : Take ownership of end-to-end influencer campaigns-from planning

and execution to tracking and optimization-ensuring seamless operations throughout.

● Creator Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure smooth onboarding,

timely deliverables, and high-quality content creation.

● Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance campaign efficiency and

effectiveness.

● Data Dive: Analyze performance metrics across campaigns, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to

achieve campaign goals.

● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align operational goals and ensure smooth execution

without direct brand-side communication.

Requirements:

● Influencer Operations Pro: Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end with a

strong focus on operations and execution.

● Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of influencer platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and

more, and how they function within campaign contexts.

● Detail-Oriented: Ability to oversee multiple campaign elements and ensure that every step is executed

flawlessly.

● Problem Solver: Skilled at troubleshooting issues, resolving delays, and ensuring timely delivery.

● Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing performance data and applying insights to optimize campaigns.

● Communication Clarity: Ability to coordinate with influencers and internal teams effectively, ensuring

clarity and accountability.
