| QUALIFICATIONS: | Required Education and Experience: * Understanding of the recordation process and title policy requirements. * Experience with document imaging systems and Loan Origination Systems (LOS). * Strong communication skills for effective follow-up with third-party vendors. * Efficiency in document processing (Target cycle time: 15 minutes per document). |
