This role manages a team of 10 Specialists focused on high-volume document imaging, system validation, and physical fulfillment. The TL is responsible for maintaining the health of the trailing document aging report and ensuring that all collateral is perfected for the end investor. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: | Required Education and Experience: * 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Servicing, Title, or Post-Closing Document Management. * Expertise in county recording requirements and title policy standards. * Strong leadership skills with a focus on high-volume production and administrative accuracy. |
