This role ensures that all closed loan files meet investor-specific guidelines and regulatory requirements, minimizing the "dwell time" between closing and purchase. The specialist acts as a critical link in the secondary market pipeline, ensuring liquidity by resolving suspense items promptly. |
| QUALIFICATIONS: | Required Education and Experience: · In-depth knowledge of mortgage closing documents (Note, Deed of Trust, Closing Disclosure, etc.). · Familiarity with agency (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) and private investor delivery portals. · Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify document discrepancies. · Ability to manage high volumes (Target: ~125 loans/day for the team) |
