Pre Approving - US Mortgage

Responsibilities/Expertise:

Ø  Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Mortgage Statements, Property Detail Reports, Open Lien Reports, and Bankruptcy PACER Reports.

Ø  In-depth knowledge of the Initial Credit Decision (ICD) and underwriting review process, with the ability to assess borrower eligibility and identify potential credit risks.

Ø  Perform comprehensive document verification and ensure accurate data entry and validation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).

Ø  Conduct preliminary borrower assessments based on the documentation to determine initial loan eligibility.

Ø  Order third party reports AVMs, Property Detail Report, Open Lien Report, and Bankruptcy PACER Report.
