Responsibilities/Expertise:

Ø  Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Mortgage Statements, Payoff Statement, Hazard and Flood Insurance, Title Commitment, Note, Mortgage/Deed of Trust, Warranty Deed, and Quit Claim Deed.

Ø  In-depth knowledge of the underwriting review process in 4c's, with the ability to assess borrower eligibility and identify potential credit risks.

Ø  Perform comprehensive document verification and ensure accurate data entry and validation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).

Ø  Ensure that all loans meet lender guidelines.

Ø  Identify discrepancies, compliance issues, or data inconsistencies in document.
