US Mortgage Underwriter - Pune

Responsibilities/Expertise:

·       A Minimum of 3+ years work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting

·       Expertise in Underwriting – Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital

·       Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios

·       Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction

·       Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)

·       Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection

·       Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly

·       Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy

·       Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility
