Assistant Manager

This Assistant Manager role in Rajasthan is a hybrid position combining program management, product delivery, government/funder relations, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for end-to-end program implementation in Rajasthan, aligning with state priorities and ConveGenius's strategic goals. Key responsibilities include program delivery, adoption, stakeholder management (state officials, funders, CSR partners), team leadership, and data tracking. The ideal candidate needs strong program delivery skills, stakeholder engagement ability, analytical mindset, and adaptability. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. ConveGenius operates across three divisions: ConveGenius Digital, ConveGenius Edu, and ConveGenius Insights. The SwiftSchool program is the focus. ConveGenius is committed to enhancing education for 150 million children in India, partnering with state departments and supporting national initiatives like Vidhya Samiksha Kendra under the National Education Policy 2020.

Bachelor's / Master's or equivalent from a top-tier institution in Management, Education, Development Studies, or related fields. 2-5 years of work experience, with at least 1+ year in large-scale program implementationExperience working with government education systems is highly desirable.
