About the RoleAt ConveGenius, we believe children learn math best when it feels like a story to follow, a puzzle to solve, or a game to explore — not just formulas to memorize. As an Associate – Math Learning Experience Designer, you will help design joyful, meaningful, and classroom-ready math learning experiences. You will contribute to story-led lessons, interactive games, assessments, and learning flows while collaborating with designers, developers, and senior LXDs. This role blends pedagogy, creativity, user research, and hands-on experimentation to make math accessible and engaging for every child. Core Responsibilities1. Design Math Learning ExperiencesTurn math concepts into hands-on stories, games, and activities that spark curiosity. Develop storyboards and learning flows blending strong math pedagogy with creative storytelling. Apply instructional design principles to create clear, scaffolded learning experiences. Work with design and tech teams to translate storyboards into interactive digital learning. Ensure content aligns to curriculum goals, is age-appropriate, and reflects how children truly learn. 2. Review and Refine Learning ContentParticipate in peer reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and conceptual depth. Support senior LXDs and reviewers in maintaining high content standards. Provide constructive feedback that helps improve storybooks, games, interactions, and lessons. Ensure content is inclusive, engaging, and joyful across all formats. 3. Collaborate to Build Learning ExperiencesWork closely with illustrators, animators, and developers to bring storyboards to life. Translate scripts and concepts into clear creative briefs and interactions. Align visuals, voice, and interactivity with learning objectives and classroom realities. 4. Learn from LearnersConduct user research and feedback sessions with children, teachers, and facilitators. Use classroom insights to refine pacing, clarity, interactions, and overall learning flow. 5. Innovation and ExperimentationStay updated on new trends, tools, and approaches in math pedagogy and learning design. Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve digital learning experiences. Test new prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
