District Learning Associate

Our offerings include - SwiftChat (the platform on which we build with ecosystem partners) - SwiftPAL - validated by a two-year RCT led by Nobel laureate Prof. Michael Kremer (Development Innovation Lab, University of Chicago), whose team found students gained "almost an additional 2 years of extra learning" in just 17 months - Swiftee (the AI learning tutor built for Bharat).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation & Stakeholder Support

• Assist in managing program implementation, stakeholder relationships, and operational documentation.
• Support the District Program Manager in maintaining strong relationships with school and district authorities.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Assist in the development of project documentation, field reports, and tracking materials.
• Maintain accurate records to support program monitoring and decision-making.

3. Coordination & On-Ground Execution

• Coordinate daily with Fellows and the State Senior Operations Manager to ensure seamless on-ground execution.
• Support timely resolution of field-level operational issues by liaising with the relevant teams.

4. Program Support

• Support the District Program Manager in day-to-day program administration and planning.
• Help track program progress against timelines and flag deviations for timely action.

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience in education programs, field implementation, or program support roles.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for documentation and reporting.
• Experience working with government schools, EdTech programs, or social impact initiatives is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
