Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms for active roles. Conduct keyword-based searches, shortlist relevant profiles, and build strong pipelines. Screen resumes, connect with candidates, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring process. Schedule and follow up on interviews in collaboration with hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers for all open roles. Share timely hiring updates and reports with the HR team. Research new sourcing strategies and contribute ideas to enhance hiring efficiency.

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from real-world hiring experience. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment. Must be available to work full-time from the office.
