Role Overview

Senior Consultant, AI and Data Consulting Services will support client-facing engagements through hands-on design, development, and delivery of AI and data-driven solutions for enterprise customers. This full-time, hybrid role in our Dallas, Texas office involves writing and building solutions directly, partnering closely with client stakeholders, and collaborating day-to-day with onshore and offshore peers to bring high-impact AI and analytics work to life. The role DOES require 2–3 days in the office depending on client needs. If you are looking for a 100% remote role, this is not for you – consulting is a contact sport!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end data, AI, and web application solutions, working hands-on across the stack
• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces integrated with enterprise data systems
• Build and optimize secure, scalable APIs and microservices using cloud-native principles
• Implement AI-powered features in web applications using LLMs, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services
• Contribute to AI-assisted software development lifecycle improvements as part of the broader team
• Support and help maintain frameworks for responsible AI governance and model monitoring
• Contribute to multi-model architectures combining analytics, AI, and web experiences
• Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert in Microsoft Azure and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, .NET Core)
• Execute project workstreams and collaborate closely with onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Build day-to-day client relationships, providing technical support and clear, consistent communication
• Identify opportunities for innovation through data and digital experiences
• Support and pair with junior developers and analysts on technical delivery
• Maintain high quality and consistency in code, solutions, and user experience

• Experience implementing AI solutions on any tech stack, with direct involvement in build and deployment
• Working knowledge of large language models and their business applications
• Experience with AI-enhanced software development methodologies
• Exposure to AI model evaluation, validation, and responsible deployment practices
• Hands-on proficiency in developing custom AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and ML services
• Experience integrating AI into existing enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting client engagements and delivering high-quality, reliable solutions
• Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with comfort collaborating across onshore and offshore teams
• Ability to understand client needs and contribute practical, well-engineered solutions
