Medical Coding - IP (Lateral)

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Coding. Review medical charts under the diagnosis and procedure to ascribe the related CPT and ICD-10 Maintain and Report on programs initiated by the practice. Should possess strong knowledge in CPT and ICD-10 guidelines The main task of a medical coders is to review clinical statements and assign standard Codes to Extract all necessary information and assign codes (CPT, ICD-10-CM & HCPCS) which most accurately describe each documented diagnosis, surgical procedure and special therapy Interview Process

Requirements

Graduates in life sciences with 1 to 6 years' experience in IP DRG Coding

Candidates holding CCS/CIC/CPC as well as non-certified coders are welcome

Good knowledge of medical coding and billing systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts, and principles

Reasonable comprehension and analytical skills, which are considered a prerequisite for reviewing the medical documentation and delivering accurate Coding.

Achieve the set targets within the set Turnaround Time, keeping an elevated level of accuracy​
