Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Investment Banking Division. This role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate finance solutions, IPOs, and related financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, etc.
• Generate leads for buy-side and sell-side deals, corporate finance transactions, IPOs, and IPO funding.
• Develop strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the Indian market.

Client Engagement:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financial transactions and market trends.
• Address client inquiries and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance with a focus on business development.
• Strong understanding of the Indian financial markets and key players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting business development targets.
