Finance is a Global team tasked with supporting Finance processing requests across various regions.

Our team is comprised of members supporting and providing support to the Finance Team and business across from various regions.

Job responsibilities

The SharePoint Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and workflow-based business solutions that improve operational efficiency across Finance and other corporate functions. The role partners with business stakeholders convert business requirements into scalable digital solutions, automate manual processes, and ensure ongoing application support and enhancements.

SharePoint & Power Platform Development

  • Design and develop SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and business applications.
  • Build and maintain Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Develop Power Automate workflows to automate approvals, notifications, and process execution.
  • Manage application lifecycle activities including development, testing, deployment, and support.

Business Process Automation

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create automated workflow processes to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
  • Design end-to-end approval workflows for Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Service, and other business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and digital transformation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Conduct requirement discussions, solution reviews, and user acceptance testing sessions.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations for future improvements.

Application Support & Maintenance

  • Provide ongoing support for production applications and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and implement enhancements as requested by business users.
  • Perform knowledge transfer and handover of applications during transition and hypercare phases.
  • Ensure applications meet business, security, and compliance requirements.

Documentation & Governance

  • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and support materials.
  • Maintain project status reports and implementation documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and development best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Share-point / focused on reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
