QA Engineer

Your Impact:

As a QA Engineer at Osmos.ai, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products across the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to validate features, identify defects, improve testing processes, and ensure seamless product releases in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design, create, and execute detailed test cases and test plans
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation
• Support automation testing initiatives and improve test coverage where applicable
• Validate product performance, usability, and reliability across environments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks

You'll Thrive If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
• Experience with functional, regression, API, and integration testing
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and SDLC/STLC concepts
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
