Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for timely payments and collections.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support senior accounting team in audits and financial activities.
• Update financial data in accounting software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in the Australia shift and manage tasks independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
