Relationship Manager - Kakinada

The Relationship Manager in Kakinada will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the designated region.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients in the Kakinada region.
* Identify client needs and proactively offer suitable products and services to meet their financial goals.
* Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss new offerings, market trends, and address any concerns.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Kakinada market.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to ensure seamless client service delivery.
* Prepare and present reports on client activity, sales performance, and market feedback.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
* Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and referrals to expand the client base.

Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English and Telugu is essential.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Kakinada region as required.
