Relationship manager - Karimnagar

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Karimnagar. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services to achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients within the Karimnagar region.
* Understand client financial objectives and provide tailored advice on investment products, wealth management, and other financial services.
* Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for various financial products.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare and present reports on client portfolios and market performance.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to enhance client experience.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a relationship management or sales role within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and wealth management.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Karimnagar and surrounding areas as needed.
