Relationship Manager - Vizianagaram

Job Summary:**

The Relationship Manager - Vizianagaram will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Vizianagaram region, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets for the company's products and services.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts within the Vizianagaram territory.
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
* Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and financial reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations, credit) to deliver seamless and efficient client service.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to contribute to business strategy.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for various financial products and services.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market intelligence.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in client dealings.
* Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Residing in or willingness to relocate to Vizianagaram.
* Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Telugu) is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
