Job Title : SaisonHerRise - Project Associate, Data Science

Role & Responsibilities
1 Design and Build Dashboards: Create and maintain user-friendly executive and operational dashboards across the Tableau development lifecycle to help our teams make well-informed choices.
2 Optimize Data Visualizations: Utilize practical Tableau techniques such as calculated fields, parameters, and action filters, while ensuring workbooks are tuned to load efficiently and perform smoothly.
3 Extract and Shape Data: Write clear SQL queries to pull, prepare, and organize data, turning raw datasets into well-structured, easy-to-read reports.
4 Partner for Key Insights: Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and Risk teams to map out important KPIs like portfolio health or revenue forecasting, translating complex financial trends into story-driven visual summaries.
5 Support Data Governance: Help manage data connections, publish fresh data sources, and assist in maintaining basic security settings on Tableau Server to keep our reporting accurate and secure.

Qualifications & Skills
1 SQL Skills: Foundational skills in SQL to comfortably extract, shape, and prepare data for reporting and visualization purposes.
2 Tableau Familiarity: Experience working with data and building dashboards using the Tableau suite (Desktop and Server/Cloud).
3 A background in financial services or exposure to Python/R is preferred but not compulsory. A strong sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn are what truly matter.
