Role & Responsibilities:

Role & Responsibilities
1 Monitor Portfolio Health: Review portfolio performance to help spot potential trends, supporting the team in safely adjusting credit norms based on data.
2 Update Policy Guidelines: Assist in drafting and updating Credit Policy Guidelines by examining shifting market trends, historical data, and regulatory updates.
3 Support Credit Audits: Conduct comprehensive reviews of underwritten cases to ensure smooth alignment with our established credit policies and risk frameworks.
4 Investigate Credit Drivers: Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and deep-dives into high-risk or delinquent cases to uncover underlying factors and understand what drives changes in credit health.
5 Track Team Deviations: Monitor and analyze month-on-month variations or deviations taken by the credit team to help maintain overall portfolio consistency and transparency.

1 Credit & Data Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with handling credit policies, system automation, or working directly with data to draw meaningful, practical insights.
