Job Summary**

The Sales Coordinator for Business Loans (BL) in Calicut will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist the sales team with lead generation, lead qualification, and customer relationship management.
* Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
* Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., credit, operations) to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales reports.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding their loan applications, inquiries, and follow-ups.
* Support sales executives in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
* Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
* Monitor sales pipeline and assist in forecasting sales performance.
* Perform general administrative duties as required to support the sales function.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience (1-3 years) in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with exposure to business loans.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malayalam.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
