Junior/Intern Account Manager
Role Objective: Designed for recent graduates or early-career lab technicians looking to transition from the bench into health-tech. This role focuses on learning the Crelio LIS platform, assisting with client setups, and escalating technical needs while managing day-to-day customer onboarding tracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on customer onboarding configurations, ensuring new labs are set up according to operational requirements.
- Assist with basic LIS training for laboratory staff and client administrators.
- Provide low-level software support and manage initial troubleshooting queues.
- Act as a key coordinator between the clinical client and Crelio's internal technical engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to help improve the software lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Required: Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields).
- Preferred: Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a professional or educational setting; strong communication skills.
- Location Requirement: Fully remote; West Coast residency preferred.

| On-Target Earnings (OTE) | $72,000 – $85,000 per year (Includes 10%–15% variable bonus based on onboarding milestones). |
| Month 6 Performance Review | Potential 5% to 8% salary increase or milestone-based adjustment upon proven autonomy. |
| Month 12 Merit Review | Standard annualised tech review (typically 3% to 5% cost-of-living or performance-driven step-up). |
