Key Responsibilities:

Handle

MRN & GRN

process – verify delivery challans, and invoices

Record product details in

POS/ERP

, generate

article codes & barcodes

, and perform

QC

.

Maintain accurate

inventory records and MIS reports in Excel.

Coordinate

online order fulfilment

with warehouse, store, and office teams.

Coordinate with delivery partners

to ensure

timely dispatch and delivery

of products.

Support

stock audits

and report discrepancies or delays.

Communicate updates clearly and

write basic professional emails

when required.

Requirements:

0–6 months

of experience in

warehouse/MRN/inventory operations.

Good in basic

Excel

.

Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills.

Basic proficiency in

email writing and documentation.

Experience in

fashion, retail, or e-commerce

operations is a plus.
