Job Description

Role - Executive Business Analyst
Location - Chennai/ Bangalore/ other South India cities
Employment Type - Third Party Payroll (Contractual)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited experience but a strong passion for research and analysis. You will assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support business or project goals. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and the chance to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and insights.
2. Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and research methodologies.
3. Collect and organize data from various sources (e.g., interviews, online platforms, reports).
4. This will aslo involve data collection via telecalling and other relevant mediums.
5. Analyze data using basic statistical tools and techniques.
6. Support the research team in planning and executing projects on time.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to the research field.
8. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with research standards.

Requirements:

*Language -*Fluency in Tamil language is a must.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Social Sciences, Economics, Marketing, or Data Analytics).

Experience: No prior experience required, though internships or coursework in research are a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
• Basic knowledge of research methods and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
