Description
- Lead and manage the analysis, design, and implementation of mobile banking solutions that meet the needs of customers and the business. This role requires working with cross-functional teams including business vertical, product management, engineering, design, and customer experience to define requirements and prioritize features for mobile banking products.
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing business and user requirements, creating detailed functional specifications, and collaborating with the development team to design and implement features. They must ensure that mobile banking products meet business objectives, are user-friendly, and adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- In addition to technical skills, the Business Analyst in Mobile Banking must have strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They must be able to lead and manage a team of business analysts and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver successful mobile banking solutions.
