Senior Associate, Investor Services

Position: Senior Associate Investor Services (Transfer Agency) Job location: Bangalore Work mode: Hybrid Shift: APAC Shift Position: Senior Associate, Investor Services (Transfer Agency) Your responsibilities: Assist to process TA dealing activities including capital calls, distributions, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions, switches Prepare payment instructions and support settlements Maintain and update investor register and static data in system Prepare and issue investor statements and contract notes; support distributions/dividends processing Ensure strict compliance with CSC internal procedures and guidelines as well as the regulatory requirements Prepare checklists, reports and file documentation Collaborate with other teams to understand client needs and provide solutions Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor Your profile: Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline Minimum 3 years investor services experience With Transfer Agency background is required; with Know Your Customer ("KYC")/AML and FATCA/CRS exposure is preferred Ability to work independently and multi-tasking Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT Excellent in both written and spoken English. Independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills Mature and stable, be willing to work under pressure
