Key Responsibilities:

• Team building: relation with all Insurance company and csc districts team to complete the entire insurance target.
• Policy Support: Assist with policy-related issues, such as policy issuance, endorsements, and claims.
• Insurance: Complete knowledge of insurance vertical includes (life general cattle and PMFBY)
• MIS: tracking & monitoring the target vs achievement of the team business and drive to complete the target.
• Target: Complete the given target from state/HO team is must.

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Insurance Knowledge: understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle complex queries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
