SFDC Doveloper and Admin with 1-6 years Expereince

The candidate should have

--> Hands on experience on Force.com

--> Hands on experience on Salesforce.com

--> Good Experence with Customizing Objects,Security and Sharing rules.

--> Good Experience with Validation Rules , Wokflows and Approvals

--> Good Knowledge SOQL, SOSL.

--> Good Knowledge on Apex DML Operationsand Triggers

--> Good Knowledge on Visual Force
