Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

Here's what you'll do: 

• You meet with clients, you understand their needs

You are the go-to person for clients who explore and understand their needs, run acceptance testing, and demonstrate the solutions built.

• You help create solutions that address client needs

You act as a  bridge, translating client requirements into user stories, and connecting with Developers and Admins to design solutions.

• You set goals by describing requirements clearly

You define client requirements by creating Business Requirements Documents(BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and actively participate in CUBE84's initiatives.

• You are a Bridge (work with develop admin and bring solutions together)

You build and maintain good working relationships with your clients, team members, etc.

• You ensure quality

You are reliable. You design and conduct system testing to maintain the highest quality possible.

Requirements

It'll be awesome if you….

Have worked with Salesforce for at least 2 years 

Can articulate requirements effectively 

Give great presentations 

Know a lot about Sales, Service, Experience clouds 

Utilize business process mapping and related tools

Know about Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, CPQ, etc
