Here's what you'll do:
You're the client's trusted advisor
- Engage with clients to deeply understand their business goals, pain points, and technical requirements
- Act as a strategic partner and thought leader—guiding clients on how Salesforce can deliver scalable, high-impact results
- Build long-term trust and credibility with client stakeholders across business and technical functions
You craft winning solutions
- Design tailored Salesforce solutions that align with both client needs and platform best practices
- Create clear and compelling product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and technical workshops
- Help simplify complex requirements into actionable roadmaps
You create impactful proposals
- Develop comprehensive, well-structured proposals and solution documents that highlight technical feasibility and ROI
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and executable
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and statement of work (SOW) documents
You collaborate to win deals
- Partner with sales, account management, and executive stakeholders to align on deal strategy and presales efforts
- Influence and accelerate deal cycles through strong solution alignment and consultative storytelling
- Ensure smooth handoffs between presales and delivery to maintain client confidence post-sale
You stay ahead with thought leadership

Keep up with the latest Salesforce product updates, innovations, and industry trends

Share insights internally—conducting knowledge sessions and workshops for sales and delivery teams

Help shape the presales playbook and continuously improve our approach to pitching, scoping, and positioning
Requirements
It'll be awesome if you…
- Have 2–3 years of experience in a Salesforce-related role (Admin, Consultant, Business Analyst, or Pre-Sales)
- Possess foundational knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, etc.)
- Are proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides, with an eye for visual clarity, design, and storytelling
- Communicate clearly—both in writing and verbally—and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced teams
- Are highly organized, self-driven, and open to working in late-night shifts

- Have exposure to Salesforce industries like Nonprofit or Education
- Are familiar with diagramming tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or similar
- Understand the structure of B2B/B2C sales cycles and proposal workflows
