Job Description

You will be responsible for selecting and identifying partners who will be working as certified CueMath teachers and run their independent centres as entrepreneurs.

We target qualified professionals (mostly women) who took a break for family related responsibilities or prefer working from home. We provide them a platform to share their knowledge and at the same time promote them to have an independent career.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming leads and applications received for becoming Cuemath Partners.
• Process applications with Inbound and Outbound calling and assess partner fit in terms of technical skills (mathematics background), teaching experience and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Grow and nurture partner relationships in every interaction.
• Document necessary information and deliver reports and metrics as needed.
• Balance partner interests with the interests of Cuemath
• Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet business needs.

Desired Profile

·         Prior people interaction experience

·         Flair to evaluate people through probing & exceptional listening

·         Excellent relationship building & understanding of target audience

Experience Required:

6 Months – 3 years of experience in people facing role.

Skills Required:

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a dynamic environment.

·         Strong written and verbal communication in both Hindi & English Language

·         Analytical mind & attention to detail.

·         Exceptional people evaluation skills

·         Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful.

Qualifications:

MBA or any other Post Graduate Degree
