Description

  • Assist with resume screenings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Help maintain and update internal documents, including job descriptions, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Support departmental filing, data entry, and administrative organization related to HR and excellence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members on optimizing internal workflows and employee development programs.
  • Support the Department of Excellence by coordinating schedules and coordinating organization initiatives to aid other teams with projects.
  • Track and monitor departmental metrics and initiatives, providing status updates and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Help document new procedures and process changes across departments for internal consistency.
  • Coordinate and participate in department events and training sessions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and organizational information.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by assisting with meetings, note-taking, and follow-up coordination.

Supervisory Responsibility 

This position has no supervision responsibilities.  You will have the Catalyst of Excellence as a supervisor.

This is a part-time internship position. The intern is expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility to accommodate academic commitments. Work will be performed on-site during normal business hours in a professional office setting.

This position is based at the Fayetteville, AR office. No travel is required.

Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
