In this role, you will be a member of our CAAS group accountable for providing Senior Accountant-level accounting services, including processing payables and receivables, and various other accounting operations for assigned clients.

• Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience

• Payroll experience - Payroll process, tax, and Regulations

• Self-starter and willingness to learn

• Able to multitask

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent organizational/time management skills

• Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations

• Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner

• Reconcile payroll-related accounts

• Assist with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed

• Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance
